This kit was installed on my GT40P heads without any machining and is rated for a lift of .520" max. On a side note, my vacuum changes drastically depending on where my timing and idle fuel mixture are at. I time my engine without a light to highest idle vacuum. Big cams like a lot of timing at idle.
