Once the proctor tells you to begin you will first sprint 200 meters (this will be the only part of the exam you can run). One Soldier will hold the corners of two 100 ft. measuring tapes to mark the first corner of the lanes. That Soldier will place a 40 lb. kettlebell on top of the measuring tapes to hold them in place.
