Webb8. The OfS’s regulatory framework published in February 2024 (OfS 2024.01) will not come fully into force until 1 August 2024. This means that registered providers subject to this regulatory notice will be regulated on the basis of a subset of our new HERA powers and duties from the date a provider is registered until 31 July 2024.
