WebMy first buy at Thomann: High end speakers. When they arrived: a mess. The speakers were used, loose parts in the box, scratches etc. After that, a very slow and messy customer care. I received a 'sorry' and an offer to have the gear to be collected. Fine, but my new speakers will be sent when the used ones will arrive at Thomann.
