WitrynaThis test is intended for BASELINE TESTING ONLY for people who are currently SYMPTOM-FREE. If you need to be evaluated for a recent head injury, call the office directly at 603-775-7575 to make an appointment; we will perform the ImPACT test in the office if necessary. Be sure that you have at least 30 minutes to take the test. WitrynaOnce you complete your registration, you will receive an email from ImPACT Applications that will provide you with a link to complete your baseline concussion test. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours or would like to discuss an in-person consultation, please call us at 703-970-6427 and ask for either Brett Gustman or Eric Castor.
