Congenital mid-ureteral stricture (CMS) is associated with severe hydronephrosis and proximal ureteral dilatation [ 2, 3 ]. However, this condition is typically diagnosed intra-operatively [ 3 ]. Here, we report two cases of CMS that were managed at our institute.
