Once confirmation came through the room type (ocean club room which is the only club room advertised on their website and the one I had booked) was incorrect on confirmation. Nettet1. In my case, it was changed after entering the correct date while filling out the form. 3. Incorrect ticket information at the time of check out without out notification.
