WebGhost people are a cakewalk until level 14 or so. There's only about 12 level's worth of XP in the DLC, so you'll be fine all the way to the end. The only thing that might give you trouble is the 75 Lockpicking and Science (hacking) checks, and they're only needed for loot, so you can put them off until later levels.
